Home improvement software

First knock to final walk.

Leads, appointments, quotes, contracts, production and pay in one system, built by people with 30+ years in home improvement. It's where we started, and where one of our clients went live in 18 days.

Free, no pitch deck. Just how your business runs and where the software gets in the way.

Where the software gets in the way

A tool for every step.

Most home improvement companies run on a stack of rented tools that grew one problem at a time.

None of it talks

A CRM for leads, another app for the door knockers, an e-signature service for contracts and a spreadsheet for pay. Each one is a monthly bill.

Pay worked out by hand

Setter, closer and override pay calculated after the fact, so reps wait for it, question it and stop trusting the number.

Production in the dark

Once the contract is signed, the job disappears into texts and whiteboards until the customer calls to ask where their install is.

Case study

Live in 18 days. Paid for its build after phase one.

Our client is a home improvement company in Massachusetts focused on windows and roofing. Their sales team ran on a rented CRM, a separate canvassing app for the door knockers, an e-signature service for contracts, and commissions worked out by hand. None of it talked to the others, and each one was a monthly bill.

We built them one system from a blank page and moved the business onto it. It went live in August 2026, eighteen days from the first line of code, and they were off the old CRM before its renewal date.

After phase one alone, the system had already paid for its own build cost, before phases two, three and four had even started.

What we build, and what it replaces

What we build for home improvement.

One system built around how your company already works, replacing the separate tools you rent today. These are the layers home improvement companies lean on most.

  1. Layer 01 · Field

    Canvassing that feeds the calendar

Turf for your door knockers, every knock logged, and appointments set at the door landing straight on a closer's calendar. How our canvassing works.

    Replaces
    • Canvassing apps
  2. Layer 02 · Pipeline

    Leads and appointment dispatch

Every door, call, web form and referral in one record, and the right rep sent by territory, with the setter and the closer both credited.

    Replaces
    • Rented CRMs
  3. Layer 04 · Paper

Quotes and contracts signed in the home

Price books, discounts and incentives, priced at the kitchen table and signed page by page, change orders included.

    Replaces
    • E-signature services
    • Proposal tools
  4. Layer 05 · Jobs

    Production schedule and crews

Every sold job on a timeline, materials and crews lined up, and the foreman alerted when anything changes.

    Replaces
    • Project management apps
  5. Layer 07 · Talk

    Homeowner portal and updates

Quote, contract, schedule and messages in one place, with confirmations and schedule changes sent automatically.

    Replaces
    • Texting tools
    • Scheduling links
  6. Layer 08 · Money

    Commissions and pay

Every rep's pay calculated at the point of sale, by your own rules.

    Replaces
    • Commission spreadsheets
  7. Layer 09 · Numbers

    The command center

Revenue, cash, receivables and payables on one screen, true the moment you look.

    Replaces
    • Weekly spreadsheets
  8. The whole stack

    TradeMade. One system.

Every layer works as one, with your data moved over for you. You pick the layers your business needs, and the full list is on the home page.

What it costs

Priced against what you pay now.

Not a cheaper copy of what you rent. One system that does far more, with the work your team does by hand today automated, priced against what you already pay.

~70%of one year of what you spend on software today, for the build, paid over the first year. Builds start at $35,000.
10%of that spend to run it after that, never less than $1,500 a month, plus AI usage at cost.
1stWe replace your most expensive software first, so the biggest bill is the first to go.

Percentages are typical figures from our builds and proposals, not a promise for any one business. AI usage is billed at cost and depends on how much your agents do.
