Your information stays with us.

When you share details about your business with us, you shouldn't need to ask for an NDA. This is ours, given one way, with nothing for you to sign.

Our one-way confidentiality commitment

What we promise you.

  1. What it covers

    Everything you give us through our software audit, in the chat on this site, on your report review call, and in any conversation about working together before you sign with us: your answers, figures, tools, team details and anything else you tell us about your business. We call this your information.

  2. Our promise

    Memorable Green, Unipessoal Lda, trading as TradeMade Software, agrees, without you signing anything, to keep your information confidential; to use it only to prepare your report and talk with you about working together; never to sell it; and never to share it with any outside company or source, except the service providers that run our systems for us under written confidentiality terms at least as protective as these, or where the law requires it. If the law requires it, we will tell you first wherever we are allowed to. Inside TradeMade, only the people who need your information to do this work can see it.

  3. Combined totals

    We may use totals combined across many companies, such as what companies in a trade typically spend on software, to make our reports better. We never use them in a way that could identify you or your company.

  4. What it doesn't cover

    Information that is public through no fault of ours, that you have already made public, that we had before you gave it to us, or that we develop on our own without using yours.

  5. Deleting it

    Ask us and we will delete your information and confirm it in writing, except anything the law requires us to keep.

  6. How long it lasts

    This commitment lasts for three years from the last time you give us information, and for anything that is a trade secret, for as long as it stays one. If you become a client, the confidentiality terms in your agreement take over from the day you sign it.
