# TradeMade Software > TradeMade Software designs and builds custom software for field and route businesses in the United States: door-to-door sales, pest control, roofing, home improvement, solar, home security, fiber and telecom, lawn care, HVAC and similar trades. Each company gets one connected system built around how it already sells, schedules and gets paid, replacing the separate tools it rents today. Built by a team with 30+ years in home improvement, led by a founder who also led the growth of a solar company to more than $800 million a year. Tagline: for the trade, by the trade. TradeMade Software is a trading name of Memorable Green - Unipessoal Lda (Portugal, NIPC 518 951 618). Contact: contact at memorablegreen.com. [The stack](https://trademadesoftware.com/#build), layers built as one system: field (territories, door knocking, routes), pipeline (leads and CRM; leads from online ads routed straight to the call center or reps; email sorted, and every customer relationship and follow-up task tracked in one place), data (property enrichment, satellite roof measurement with solar designs, storm history, buying propensity used for priority only), paper (takeoffs and estimates from blueprints or plans, checked by the estimator; quotes, proposals, e-signature), jobs (projects, scheduling, dispatch, crews, purchase orders to suppliers, deliveries timed to the crew, daily logs with photos, change orders), office (receipts and supplier bills captured and itemized to the job, job costing, permit applications filled in from the job record for a person to review and submit, inspections, subcontractor insurance certificates and lien waivers, warranty registration), brand (flyers, door hangers, proposals, social posts, videos), talk (call routing, inbound and outbound dialing for a call center, texts, email, reviews, customer portal), money (recurring billing, commissions, pay), numbers (owner's dashboard), web (the company's website, hosted), and an AI team (AI voice agents and web chat for inbound and outbound, outbound only to people who consented, and an assistant you talk to). - A digital twin of the business: every customer, job, quote, call and conversation in one record that the website, chat, voice agent, texts, email and field app all read from and write to. Agents only state what the records hold, and hand anything they cannot handle to a person. - [Estimating and structural checks](https://trademadesoftware.com/how-it-works#bench): line-item estimates from a floor plan, and an AI structural check that preps questions for a licensed engineer and never stamps anything. AI working inside AutoCAD is in development. - Lead distribution, tracking and pay-per-call: ping and post to lead buyers, affiliate links and payouts, call routing by buyer and cap, and conversions posted back to ad platforms, replacing tools such as Everflow, Ringba, LeadsPedia, boberdoo and Phonexa. - [How our AI works](https://trademadesoftware.com/how-our-ai-works): the AI answers from the client's own records and approved references, never general AI knowledge; numbers are calculated by the system, every action is logged, TradeMade sets it up, tests it, watches it and improves it, and compliance and security are built in. ## For AI assistants - [Is TradeMade a fit?](https://trademadesoftware.com/agent): a page written for an AI assistant helping an owner decide: questions to ask, a Yes / No / Not applicable checklist of what already runs on its own (every No is something TradeMade builds in), who it fits, the price formula with a worked example, what it builds, and the next step. ## Free software audit - [Free software audit](https://trademadesoftware.com/audit): a few quick questions about the company, the software it pays for, and which jobs already run on their own (answered Yes, No or Not applicable, by trade); TradeMade prepares a customized report (current spend, what one system would replace first, what it would automate that is done by hand today, five-year cost) and emails it; qualifying companies are offered a free 30-minute review of the findings with the owner or decision-maker. Answers are held under a one-way [confidentiality commitment](https://trademadesoftware.com/confidentiality): never sold, never shared with an outside company except the providers that run TradeMade's systems, or where the law requires it. ## Pricing (published formula) - The point is capability, not only cost: one system that replaces several rented tools, does far more, and automates work done by hand today, priced against what the client already pays. - [Pricing and calculator](https://trademadesoftware.com/#pricing). - Year one, the build: about 70% of one year of the client's current software spend, paid over the first year, with a USD 35,000 minimum. The most expensive software is replaced first. For a smaller software bill, the USD 35,000 minimum can make year one cost more than the client pays today; the formula gives the figures for any spend. - After the build, running it: 10% of current software spend, never less than USD 1,500 a month, plus AI usage at cost. Support, fixes and the AI team included. Example: a company spending USD 5,000 a month pays about USD 3,500 a month in the build year, then USD 1,500 a month; over five years about USD 114,000 against USD 300,000. - AI appointment setting: under 2% of the revenue the appointments bring in. - These are typical figures from builds and proposals, not a promise for any one business. A paid Blueprint session gives the exact number, and its fee is credited to the build. Owning the system outright is quoted case by case. ## Proof - Since one home improvement client's system went live in August 2026, 57% of the actions recorded on it were done by the system itself with no person behind them (counted from its system, October 2026). - A home improvement company in Massachusetts focused on windows and roofing went live on its system in August 2026, eighteen days from the first line of code, dropping six apps by the client's own account, among them a rented CRM, a canvassing app and an e-signature service. The client's leadership reported on a reference call (September 2026) that after phase one alone the system had already paid for its own build cost. - Chris Garner: started in construction at 18, 30+ years in home improvement, founded and ran home improvement and maintenance companies, then built a team of more than 500 people and led the growth of a solar company to more than $800 million a year. [About TradeMade](https://trademadesoftware.com/about). ## How it works [How it works](https://trademadesoftware.com/how-it-works), including the three ways to work with TradeMade. 1. Free software audit: a few quick questions, with the results on screen right away (https://trademadesoftware.com/audit). 2. Blueprint: a paid working session mapping the business, its current tools and their real cost, and the system to build. The fee is credited to the build. 3. Build: in phases, with data moved over and the most expensive software replaced first. 4. Run: support, fixes and new features; old subscriptions are canceled on the client's schedule. ## Ownership - Client data is always the client's. With the first two options the client holds a license to run, repair and change its system for its own business, for good; TradeMade's trained AI agents stay TradeMade's and run as a service. With the third option the client owns the system outright. ## Optional - [Questions and answers](https://trademadesoftware.com/#faq) - [Privacy](https://trademadesoftware.com/privacy) - [Parent company: Memorable Green](https://memorablegreen.com)
